Our History
Blue Horizon Squadron was founded in 2024 by a group of DCS enthusiasts who wanted more than casual online flying. We wanted structured operations, realistic tactics, and a community that cared about the craft of virtual aviation.
From our first Caucasus campaign to multi-carrier strike packages in the Persian Gulf, BHS has grown into a tight-knit group of dedicated virtual pilots. Every operation is planned with care, briefed professionally, and executed as a team.

607 Virtual Fighter Wing
Main Air Wing. Multi-role operations across all theaters. CAP, CAS, Strike, SEAD, and carrier operations. Only our most regular pilots.
Blue Horizon Squadron
Blue Horizon Squadron is our legacy squadron, its new purpose will be used to train pilots and used to house newcomers and to train cadets.

Aerobatic display team showcasing precision formation flying and advanced manoeuvres.
Aircraft We Fly
We support a wide range of DCS modules. You don't need to own every aircraft — we have roles for whatever you fly.
How Operations Work
Operations are planned and published on the Operations page 1–2 weeks in advance. Pilots register through the website, selecting their preferred role and aircraft. Once registered, you'll receive a full briefing package via Discord — including mission files, frequencies, waypoints, and rules of engagement.
On the night, we brief in Discord voice 30 minutes before engine start. Operations typically last 2–4 hours and are followed by a debrief where we review the mission and improve for next time.
